submitting the internship report & personal assessment

The internship report is submitted digitally or printed and bound to the internship supervisor (the student will ask for their preference) and submitted digitally via the Blackboard Ultra course (Assignments). Furthermore, the student submits a personal assessment of their own internship experience. This form for the internship coordinator and will not be evaluated.

Both are submitted at the latest the day before the beginning of the examination period in January or June (depending on the end date of the internship). Students who plan their internship during the summer holidays are strongly advised to submit their internship report sooner. Students who do not submit their internship report on time are referred to the second examination period (August).

For the academic year 2024-2025, the deadlines are:

• First term: 5 January 2025, 23.59h
• Second term: 25 May 2025, 23.59h
• Third term (resit examination period): 17 August 2025, 23.59h
