77he student has to submit the master’s thesis report electronically through SisA before or on the deadline date of the exam period during which the student plans to defend the thesis. The student will submit it electronically to the promoter(s) and two assessors at the same time.

The deadline for submitting the Master’s Thesis is always on the day before the examination period begins.

For the academic year 2025-2026, the deadlines are:

• First term: 4 January 2026, 23.59h
• Second term: 24 May 2026, 23.59h
• Third term (resit examination period): 16 August 2026, 23.59h

For the academic year 2026-2027, the deadlines are:

• First term: 3 January 2027, 23.59h
• Second term: 23 May 2027, 23.59h
• Third term (resit examination period): 15 August 2026, 23.59h
